Keke Palmer has joined The Proud Family! The star will be voicing 14 year old, Maya Leibowitz-Jenkins in the new Disney+ series, The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder.

Palmer’s character is described as an extremely mature for her age 14-year-old activist who relentlessly marches to the beat of her own drum. Apparently Maya and Penny will not get along, but will eventually earn each other’s respect.

No word on when the show will premiere, but hopefully we will get a release date soon.
