Check Out The First Teaser For HBO’s New Special Between the World and Me

The first teaser for Yara Shahidi’s new project, Between the World and Me, has been released, Yara is joined by an A-list cast of stars in this new creation from HBO.

In this new creation, “originally adapted and staged by the Apollo Theater in 2018, the special will combine elements of that production, including powerful readings from Ta-Nehisi Coates’ book, and will once again be directed by award-winning director and Apollo Theater Executive Producer Kamilah Forbes. It will also incorporate documentary footage from the actors’ home life, archival footage, and animation.”

Between the World and Me will debut on HBO on November 21.
