Get Your First Look At The Upcoming Game Of Thrones’ Spinoff House of the Dragon

The first look at the upcoming Game Of Thrones‘ spinoff, House of the Dragon, has been released. These new first look images were released by WarnerMedia CEO Jason Kilar in a blogpost released today, December 3.

In the post Kilar end’s his statement with “P.S. Principal photography starts on the next Game of Thrones series, House of the Dragon, in a few months. Look out for dragons overhead!” The spinoff will be based on George R.R. Martin’s book Fire & Blood and will focus on Targaryen reign, including King Viserys Targaryen who will be played by Paddy Considine.

Hopefully, this will mean an early 2021 production start and a 2022 release date for the series!
