Stars Attend the 2020 MTV Movie & TV Awards: Greatest Of All Time Event

The 2020 MTV Movie & TV Awards: Greatest Of All Time event was held tonight, December 6 in Los Angeles. Hosted by Vanessa Hudgens, some of our favorite stars attended tonight’s socially distanced event.

Hudgens rocked a Posh Spice look as she wore a black mini dress while Lily Collins also went with a black dress for the ensemble. Sabrina Carpenter looked great in sheer as she walked the carpet and Sofia Carson also opted to wear a black dress for the occasion.
