Sofia Carson has release a new song. The young actress/singer debuted her new single, “Hold On To Me”, earlier today, December 18.

Sofia has been super busy these past few weeks promoting numerous projects across the board. Her new film, Songbird, premiered earlier this month and she released her last single, “Guess I’m A Liar”, only a few short weeks before the release of her film.
