Riverdale Finds Veronica’s Husband for Time Jump
Chris Mason is joining the cast of Riverdale. The CW announced today, January 7, that Mason would be playing Veronica’s husband in the fifth season.
Mason will play “Chad Gekko, Veronica’s (Camila Mendes) controlling and jealous husband who works on Wall Street. An Alpha dog, Chad is threatened by Veronica’s life in Riverdale, especially her friendship with Archie (KJ Apa).”
With the seven year time-jump taking place this season, Chad will be first introduced in the fourth episode of the season on Wednesday, February 10.
