The CW Passes on “Green Arrow and the Canaries”

The CW will not be moving forward with Green Arrow and the Canaries. The Arrow spin-off had its backdoor pilot air last January during Arrow’s final season.

In May, the CW President Mark Pedowitz let press know that discussions were still being held regarding the show’s future, but eventually they ended up passing on it. Not sure what made them ultimately decide to finally say no, but I wish they hadn’t.
