Black-ish To End After Eighth Season

ABC has announced that their hit comedy series, black-ish, would be returning for its final season during the Fall of 2021. The comedy series, which stars Marsai Martin, Miles Brown, Marcus Scribner, Yara Shahidi, Anthony Anderson, and Tracee Ellis Ross, will be wrapping up with a eighth and final season.

Marcus Scribner, who plays Junior, took to his social media to express his thanks and love for the show. He stated, “I want to thank all of you for watching and tuning in every week to come laugh with us and allow us to be apart of your family. I also want to say thank you to all of my cast mates, family members, crew, producers, writers, and directors for making this show what it is and allowing me the opportunity to grow up in an inspiring and groundbreaking work environment. You guys are my family at this point”.

No details on the episode count have been released as of yet by ABC. However, with the ABC Upfronts right around the corner, expect a lot more on the final season during the event.

This is so sad!
