Superman & Lois Lane To Return For New Animated Series For HBO Max

HBO Max and Cartoon Network have teamed up to bring Superman and Lois Lane back to the animated universe. Announced today, May 19, the famous DC Comics’ couple will be starring in a new animated series, My Adventures with Superman.

According to a press release from the streaming site, “My Adventures with Superman catches up with twenty-somethings Clark Kent, the bright and driven Lois Lane, and their best friend Jimmy Olsen as they begin to discover who they are and everything they can accomplish together as an investigative reporting team at the Daily Planet.”

The press release goes on to say that “…Jack Quaid (The Boys) and Alice Lee (Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist) will lead the voice cast as Clark Kent and Lois Lane, respectively”. No word on when fans can expect this new series, but our guess would be towards the end of 2021.

Not a fan of the animation style, but do love more stories about Superman and Lois!
