Paramount+ Gives Greenlight on Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies

Paramount+ has given the greenlight on the Grease prequel. Entitled, Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies, the show has been given a 10-episode order.

Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies is set four years before the original Grease. Before rock ‘n’ roll ruled, before the T-Birds were the coolest in the school, four fed-up, outcast girls dare to have fun on their own terms, sparking a moral panic that will change Rydell High forever.

New characters will be introduced in there series instead of focusing on the Pink Ladies from the 1978 movie, Rizzo, Frenchy, Marty, and Jan.
