Lucy Hale Opens Up About New Series Ragdoll During AMC Summer TCA Event

Lucy Hale attended the Summer TCA event for her new series, Ragdoll, today, August 17. Held via Zoom, the actress was joined by her costars, Thalissa Teixeira and Henry Lloyd-Hughes, to chat briefly about their new AMC thriller and debut new footage from it as well.

During the panel, Lucy spoke about stepping outside her comfort zone with this new project. She stated, “When you’re a part of something like Pretty Little Liars or Katy Keene, people definitely want to keep you in that box and I’m very grateful for those opportunities. But, I made the conscious decision that after Katy Keene got cancelled I knew that the next job I did really had to creatively excite me.”

Lucy went on to say that she has been preparing for this role for some time. She stated, “I’m the first girl to listen any true crime podcast or to watch any of the crime shows”.

Fans can look forward to Ragdoll when it premieres on AMC+ on November 11.
