Joe Jonas was spotted out and about in New York City yesterday, September 27. The singer looked to be in good spirits as he hit the streets with good friends and Devotion costars, Daren Kagasoff and Spencer Neville.

Joe has been in the Big Apple for the past few days as he and his brothers perform in various cities around New York. The boys are currently in the midst of their Remember This Tour and New York City has been used as a home base of sorts for these recent shows.
