This Friday, November 5, Dickinson will premiere its final season and we got the chance to celebrate the season with one of the stars of the show, Chinaza Uche. Uche has played Henry since Season 1 of the series and has quite the arch this coming season.

In our interview, we chatted about Henry’s journey over the last few seasons, how excited he was about this season, and so much more. You can check out our interview below.

Are you satisfied with how Henry’s journeys ended this season?

“Yes. I think this season’s a real feast, A nice sending off for Henry.”

Was there anything about Henry, this season, that really surprised you when you first read the script?

“Yeah. I think they [Henry and Betty] both really take charge in many ways this season. That was just exciting, To have stuff to really bite into and dive into, that was exciting.”

This season, you really got to see Henry come into his own. As an artist, how exciting was that for you?

“It was nice to just feel trusted with these kinds of arcs. The writers did a beautiful job, and we’d be like, ‘Wow, that’s a real gift and thank you for knowing that we can do this and more.’ It’s a real gift.”

Make sure to check out the rest of our interviews and my advance review later today.
