Production Halts on Black Panther: Wakanda Forever as Letitia Wright Recovers from Injury

Production will officially halt on Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Production apparently is shutting down while one of the stars, Letitia Wright, recovers from a serious onsite injury.

The Hollywood Reporter is reporting, “Wright was injured in late August while the film was shooting a sequence involving a stunt rig on-location in Boston.”

Production is set to shutdown the week of Thanksgiving and not restart until 2022. The crew has apparently already filmed all the scenes that do not contain Wright and will now need to wait until she recovers to resume filming.

I hope she is recovering okay!
