Colin Farrell’s Penguin to Get Own HBO Max Series

Colin Farrell’s Penguin is getting his own series! It was announced today, December 6, the actor would be portraying the DC Comics villain in his own HBO Max series.

The new series will center on Penguin’s rise to power in the Gotham criminal underworld. Farrell is also set to be an executive producer on the series.

Farrell will make his first appearance as Penguin in Matt Reeve’s The Batman. Starring Robert Pattinson as Batman, the movie is set to be released on March 4, 2022.
