Disney+ Releases First Looks at The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder Guest Characters including Lizzo and Brenda Song

Disney+ has released the first look at some of the guest characters set to appear on its new show, The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder. The character posters belong to our guest characters voices by Lizzo, Jaden Smith, Lena Waithe, Al Roker, Lamorne Morris and Brenda Song.

Lizzo will portray herself, the first singer Oscar hires to perform at his new theme park, SnackLand. Jaden Smith will play College Myron, the college version of Myron Lewinski while Lena Waithe will play College Maya, the college version of Maya Leibowitz-Jenkins.

Al Roker will portray himself, a wish-granting genie and Lamorne Morris will also portray himself, a headliner in a musical. Lastly, Brenda Song will play Vanessa Vue, a local TV news reporter who covers Oscar’s most embarrassing escapades.

The new Disney+ show is slated to premiere on the streaming platform on February 23.
