Maisie Williams is on the cover of the new issue of GQ Style. The young actress is on the cover to promote her new FX series, Pistol. Highlights from her interview ar below.
On how living in London reminded her of Instagram: “We subconsciously base our goals and achievements on the way they’re viewed by other people. And it doesn’t matter whether or not you achieve those things, because it’s for the satisfaction of someone else. It never feels as good as you pictured it in your head.”
On being grateful to not due publicity for Game Of Thrones until season three: “I’m grateful we were protected from it until that point, too. If that had happened when I was 12, I’m not sure what that would have done to me mentally.”
