Miley Cyrus was spotted out and about in West Hollywood earlier today, April 14. The singer looked to be in great spirits as she spent sometime with her boyfriend.

Miley has just returned to the Los Angeles area after spending time in South America. Miley was on South America to perform at multiple festivals throughout continent.
