Millie Bobby Brown is on the cover Netflix’s TUDUM. The young actress is on the cover alongside her Stranger Things costar, Matthew Modine, to promote season four. Highlights from the interview are below.

On her friendship with Modine: “Papa and Eleven have such an intimate relationship, so we needed to be able to bond to portray that. We meshed, and it was just a true, real friendship. Nothing was ever forced. It just worked.” A lab experiment gone right, if you will.”

On the importance of developing Eleven’s relationship wit Papa: “You have to build ‘memories’ for that kind of relationship. We collaborated because it needs to be believable. We built gestures, like Papa booping my nose and things like that.”
