Sabrina Carpenter was spotted out in London today, July 5. The star wore a vest and cute skirt as she promoted her new album, emails I can’t send.

Carpenter is in London after spending the weekend in Paris promoting the album and attending Paris Fashion Week. After London, Carpenter will head back home to continue promotions on the new album.
