Camila Mendes Set to Star in New Rom-Com, Upgraded

Camila Mendes has landed a new role. The actress is set to star in and executive produce the new movie, Upgraded. Directed by Carlson Young, Mendes will be joined in the romantic comedy by Archie Renaux.

In the movie, an aspiring art intern Ana (Mendes) is invited on a last-minute work trip to London by her brilliant but intimidating super boss, meeting the handsome and wealthy William (Renaux) on the plane. Set in both London and New York City, the rom-com chronicles the trials and tribulations of balancing work, romance and following your dreams.

Production is currently underway in London. This would explain why Mendes has been in London for the past couple of weeks!
