Glen Powell To Star Alongside Regé-Jean Page In New Amazon Series Based On Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid

Glen Powell has landed a new role! The actor is set to star alongside Regé-Jean Page in an untitled project for Amazon.

According to Deadline, this new series is inspired by Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid, with “…Bridgerton star Page, who starred in the Russo’s The Gray Man, is expected to play Butch Cassidy with Top Gun: Maverick star is set to play the Sundance Kid in the series, which is reportedly set in an alternate America”.

Joe and Anthony Russo’s AGBO is set to executive produce the new series for the streaming site. At this point, the deal is not completely done, but Amazon has offered it a straight-to-series order.
