Camila Cabello Covers Vogue Mexico
Camila Cabello is on the cover of the new issue of Vogue Mexico. The young singer is on the cover to promote her new role as Coach on The Voice. Highlights from her interview has been released.
On putting her life into context: “As I’m growing up, I’m putting the story of my life into context. I lived in Cuba and Mexico until I was seven years old before moving to Miami, at 15 I moved to Los Angeles and that was the moment in which I made the full transition to the United States, without having that Latin American culture of my family.”
On her album Familia: “I feel very proud of that album, now that I’m rehearsing to go on tour in South America. For the first time I’m singing and living these songs again. The last time I enjoyed and lived them was when I wrote them in the studio, a year ago. Being able to enjoy them again with choreography, movement and a live band and having the opportunity to share them with the public has made me fall in love with the album again, with the whole concept and all the themes. An album that has a lot of my culture sonically, but also the concepts of family, enjoying with your friends and authenticity”.
