Disney+ Announces Armor Wars Shake Up

Disney+ seems to be going a different direction with its Armor Wars series. Instead of releasing Armor Wars as a series it will be released as a movie.

The Hollywood Reporter is reporting, “Sources say the studio was committed in getting the story told the right way and in that process realized that a feature was better suited for the project. Like all Marvel movies, it is intended for a theatrical release.”

Don Cheadle is set to reprise his role as Colonel James “Rhodey” Rhodes, AKA War Machine in the feature. Production on the series was supposed to start next year, but this shake up may push things back on production.
