Take Your First Look at Saoirse Ronan in The Outrun

The first look at Saoirse Ronan’s new film, The Outrun has been released. Based on the bestselling memoir by Amy Liptrot, the film was directed by Nora Fingscheidt.

The Outrun follows Rona (Ronan), who returns to the wild Orkney Islands after coming out of rehab and more than a decade away. As she reconnects with the dramatic landscape where she grew up, memories of her childhood merge with the more recent challenging events that have set her on the path to recovery.

No release date has been announced, but the film is currently being shopped worldwide by Protagonist Pictures. Fingers crossed we get a release date soon!
