The Starling Girl starring Eliza Scanlen & Austin Abrams to Compete at Sundance

Eliza Scanlen and Austin Abrams new film, The Starling Girl is heading to the 2023 Sundance Film Festival. The film has been entered into the festival’s U.S. Dramatic Competition category.

The Starling Girl follows Seventeen-year-old Jem Starling who struggles with her place within her Christian fundamentalist community, but everything changes when her magnetic youth pastor Owen returns to their church.
