Mario Explores the Mushroom Kingdom in New Clip from The Super Mario Bros. Movie

A clip from The Super Mario Bros. Movie has been released. The clip finds Mario (voiced by Chris Pratt) exploring the Mushroom Kingdom with Toad (voiced by Keegan-Michael Key).

Directed by Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic from a screenplay by Matthew Fogel, the film also stars Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach, Charlie Day as Luigi, Jack Black as Bowser, Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong, Fred Armisen as Cranky Kong, Kevin Michael Richardson as Kamek and Sebastian Maniscalco as Spike. 

The movie will hit theaters on April 7! I am loving the dedication the animating team has to the original video game. It literally feels like the game has come to life in the clip.
