EXCLUSIVE: Sabrina Revelle and Derek Luke Discuss The Importance Of Parenting on The Crossover

Disney+ unveiled their newest series, The Crossover, today, April 5, based on the novel by Kwame Alexander. The latest creation for the streaming site follows two brothers as they navigate family and their love of basketball, all while dealing with the pressures of growing up.

We had the wonderful opportunity to chat with two of the stars of the series, Sabrina Revelle and Derek Luke. The pair play Crystal and Chuck Bell, the parents to the series’ two leads, Josh and Jordan Bell.

During our chat, the pair spoke about what drew them to their characters and drawing inspirations from other people. They also spoke about the importance of showcasing a well-balanced relationship between Chuck and Crystal, and the parents with their kids.
