Fandango Announces Its Most Anticipated Summer 2023 Movies

Today, April 20, Fandango announced the 15 films fans are most excited to see this Summer. The nation’s leading online movie ticketing service surveyed more than 6,000 ticket buyers about their moviegoing attitudes and behaviors over the past year, as well as their future purchase intent, which led to their  list.

The top 10 most anticipated summer movies are:

1. Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse

2. Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One

3. The Flash

4. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts

5. The Little Mermaid

6. Fast X

7. Barbie

8. Oppenheimer

9. Haunted Mansion

10.Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem

The final five consist of

1. Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny

2. Insidious: The Red Room

3. Meg 2: The Trench

4. Asteroid City

5. Gran Turismo

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 was actually voted the most anticipated movie of 2023 in a previous Fandango moviegoer survey, but that film is considered to be coming out right before the Summer season, so it was not considered for the above list.
