The first teaser for Only Murders in the Building Season 3 has been released. The new season is set to premiere on Hulu on August 8.

Meryl Streep and Paul Rudd are set to appear in the new season, but Nathan Lane, who has played Cookie in the past two seasons, will not. Due to scheduling conflicts, he was unable to film for the new season.

Due to the actors’ strike, we are guessing most promotions for the new season will come straight from Hulu until SAG solidifies a new contract with the union.
