Nicholas Hoult to Play Lex Luthor in ‘Superman: Legacy’

Nicholas Hoult has officially joined the cast of Superman: Legacy. The actor is set to play the villain of the movie, Lex Luthor.

Hoult has originally auditioned for the Man of Steel, Superman, but the role went to David Corenswet. Prior to auditioning for this, the actor had auditioned to play Bruce Wayne in The Batman. Apparently, Hoult made it to the final round of auditions for both roles, but lost out to Corenswet and Robert Pattinson, who went on the play the Dark Knight.

I can’t wait to see him in this role! After watching him in The Great and The Menu, he is going to kill it!
