Emily Osment To Continue Playing Youg Sheldon Character, Mandy, In New Spinoff?

Emily Osment might not be done with her Young Sheldon character, Mandy McAllister. Word on street is that CBS is close to ordering a straight to series order on a new spinoff that would focus on Mandy and Sheldon’s brother, Georgie Cooper, played on the show by Montana Jordan.

According to Deadline, “…deals with Jordan and Osment are still being worked out but the duo are expected to reprise their roles in the spinoff, which is poised to get a 13-episode order for the 2024-25 season.”

Neither WBTV or CBS have made a statement on the claim. But with Young Sheldon set to end this year, expect some type of news soon.
