Anthony Ramos to Voice Bob the Builder in New Animated Movie

Anthony Ramos is heading to the animation world. The actor will be voicing Bob the Builder in the new Mattel film, produced by Ramos, ShadowMachine, and Jennifer Lopez’s Nuyorican Productions.

Deadline is reporting, “The film follows Roberto aka Bob (Ramos), who travels to the enchanting Island of Puerto Rico for a major construction job, takes on issues affecting the island and digs deeper into what it means to build. Bob’s journey will celebrate the vibrant and colorful textures of the Caribbean Latin nations and their people.”

Sounds like a fun, new idea for the hit TV series that captivated millions when it ran from 1999 to 2011.
