Austin Butler Brings ‘The Bikeriders’ to USO Fort Irwin

Austin Butler, Jodie Comer, Norman Reedus and Director/Writer Jeff Nichols visited USO Fort Irwin in California this Tuesday, May 28. The group was at the military based to celebrate and honor service members by attending a meet and greet with the Fort Irwin Mentorship Motorcycle Ride Group, taking part in a Q&A live-streamed to military bases around the world, observing the K9 Unit, and hosting an early screening of their new movie, The Bikeriders.

Based on the 1968 photography book by Danny Lyon, “Over the course of the 1960s, a Midwestern motorcycle club evolves from a gathering place for local outsiders into a more sinister gang, threatening the original group’s unique way of life.”

The Bikeriders opens in theaters on June 21. What a special moment for the troops stationed at Fort Irwin!
