The Cast of Prime Video’s ‘My Lady Jane’ Attend Red Carpet Premiere in LA
The cast of Prime Video’s new series, My Lady Jane attended the global red carpet premiere for their series last night, June 24 in Los Angeles. Cast members Emily Bader, Jordan Peters, Anna Chancellor, Rob Brydon, Abbie Hern and Michael Workeye were joined by showrunners Gemma Burgess and Meredith Glynn, along with director and EP Jamie Babbit and EP Laurie MacDonald at the premiere.
“The show, which premieres all episodes globally on Prime Video on June 27th, is a radical retelling of English royal history, in which King Henry VIII’s son Edward does not die of tuberculosis, Lady Jane Grey is not beheaded, and neither is her rascal of a husband Guildford. At the center of this rollicking new series is the brilliant and headstrong Jane who is unexpectedly crowned queen overnight and finds herself the target of nefarious villains coming for the crown (and her head)… My Lady Jane is an epic tale of true love and high adventure, where the damsel in distress saves herself, her true love, and then the Kingdom.”
Make sure to check the site starting tomorrow, June 26 for our interviews with the cast! You don’t want to miss them!
