Camila Mendes, Madelyn Cline, & More In Talks to Join ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’ Reboot

The I Know What You Did Last Summer reboot are putting the final touches on its leading men and women! Camila Mendes, Madelyn Cline, Sarah Pidgeon, Tyriq Withers and Jonah Hauer-King are in final talks to star in the slasher movie.

Originally released in October of 1997, production on this new movie is set to begin this coming Fall. Directed by Jennifer Kaytin Robinson, who worked with Camila on Netflix’s Do Revenge, Sony Pictures is slated to release the movie in theaters on July 18, 2025.

Jennifer Love Hewitt and Freddie Prinze Jr. are in talks to reprise their roles from the original movie. I think these are A+ casting choices for this movie! Here’s hoping all negotiations go through!
