Shawn Mendes Announces Fifth Studio Album, ‘Shawn’
Shawn Mendes has a new album coming our way! His fifth studio album, Shawn, will be released on October 19.
Ahead of the album’s release, Mendes will release two singles from the album, “Why Why Why” and “Isn’t That Enough,” on August 8. The news comes almost 2 years after Mendes canceled his 2022 World Tour to focus on his mental health.
The singer took to his social media accounts earlier today, July 31 to make the announcement. In a heartfelt statement, Mendes thanks all those who have stood by him over the last 2 years and promises “12 beautiful finished songs” for his fans. In a press release released by his record label, they said its Mendes’ “most musically intimate and lyrically honest work to date,”.
