Sydney Sweeney Joins Amanda Seyfried in ‘The Housemaid’
Sydney Sweeney has landed a new role. The actress is set to join Amanda Seyfried in the movie adaptation of Freida McFadden’s novel, The Housemaid.
In the movie, “Sweeney will play Millie, a struggling woman who is relieved to get a fresh start as a housemaid to Nina (Seyfried) and Andrew, an upscale, wealthy couple. She soon learns that the family’s secrets are far more dangerous than her own.
Paul Feig is set to direct. Has anyone read the book? It has been on the New York Times bestseller list for weeks, so I guess I should check it out before the movie is released.
