Ariana DeBose to Potentially Star in West End’s ‘Evita’

Ariana DeBose may have a new gig this coming Summer. The star potentially could be starring in the West End revival of Evita.

DeBose shared the news to Deadline at a Golden Globes after-party last night, January 5. According to DeBose, “fingers are crossed,” and they are about “70%” there in confirming the great news. She now has to wait and see if everything “will fall into place for me to be in London this summer.”

Directed by Jamie Llyod, the show will run at the London Pallidum from June 14 through September 6. I would love to see her take on the role of Eva Perón. She would kill it!
