Paul Wesley To Executive Produce New Vampire Series for FOX

Paul Wesley has teamed up with FOX on a new comedy! The actor is set to executive produce a new untitled comedy series on a topic he knows very well.

The show will focus on vampires, specifically a 25-year-old vampire who dreams of becoming an actor while “running the family business for his murderous and suffocating vampire parents,”. No word on if Wesley will also star in the series, but don’t rule it out.

For eight seasons Wesley starred as vampire, Stefan Salvatore, in the hit CW show, The Vampire Diaires, so he knows a thing or two about playing a vampire. I’m intrigued to see his comedic take on the genre with this new show.
