WB Releases New Images from ‘Mortal Kombat II’

The first images from Mortal Kombat II have been released. The photos feature the first look at new characters joining the movie series including Johnny Cage (Karl Urban) and Kitana (Adeline Rudolph).

For the first movie, released in 2021, Lewis Tan will return as Cole Young, Jessica McNamee as Sonya Blade, Josh Lawson as Kano, Tadanobu Asano as Lord Raiden, Mehcad Brooks as Jax, Ludi Lin as Liu Kang, Chin Han as Shang Tsung, Joe Taslim as Bi-Han and Sub-Zero, and Max Huang as Kung Lao.

Set to be released to theaters on October 24, 2025, I am really hoping we get a trailer for this movie soon! I am so excited to see it.
